A Little About Me
My journey started after being diagnosed with coeliac disease. I found it difficult to find gluten-free treats. It tasted as good as a traditional version, so I started creating my own.
What began as a necessity quickly turned into a real passion for baking experimenting with flavours, and creating treats that everyone can get excited about.
Overtime, I discovered my real love was creating chunky, stuffed cookies, packed with flavour, generous fillings and look as good as they taste
Everything I make is 100% gluten-free handmade with care and created because I believe nobody should have to miss out on a real good treat.
