Cancellations & Changes<\/p><p>* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.<br \/>* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice are non-refundable.<br \/>* Changes to orders may not be accommodated within 24 hours of the collection\/delivery time.<\/p><p>4. Gluten-Free Disclaimer<\/p><p>* All products are made using gluten-free ingredients.<br \/>* However, they are prepared in a kitchen that may handle other allergens, and therefore cannot be guaranteed 100% free from cross-contamination.<br \/>* Customers with severe allergies should consider this before ordering.<\/p><p>5. Allergens<\/p><p>* Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to): nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy.<br \/>* It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.<\/p><p>6. Collection & Delivery<\/p><p>* Collection\/delivery times will be agreed upon in advance.<br \/>* Late collection may affect product quality and availability.<br \/>* Delivery (if offered) may incur an additional fee.<\/p><p>7. Storage & Freshness<\/p><p>* All baked goods are best consumed fresh.<br \/>* Storage instructions will be provided where necessary, and we are not responsible for quality once the product has been collected\/delivered.<\/p><p>8. Custom Orders<\/p><p>* Designs, flavours, and decorations will be agreed upon before confirmation.<br \/>* While we aim to match requests closely, slight variations may occur.<\/p><p>9. Liability<\/p><p>* Once products are collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.<br \/>* We are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues arising after this point.<\/p><p>10.
