1. Orders
* All orders must be placed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
* Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payment
* Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order.
* Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Cancellations & Changes
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
* Changes to orders may not be accommodated within 24 hours of the collection/delivery time.
4. Gluten-Free Disclaimer
* All products are made using gluten-free ingredients.
* However, they are prepared in a kitchen that may handle other allergens, and therefore cannot be guaranteed 100% free from cross-contamination.
* Customers with severe allergies should consider this before ordering.
5. Allergens
* Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to): nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy.
* It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
6. Collection & Delivery
* Collection/delivery times will be agreed upon in advance.
* Late collection may affect product quality and availability.
* Delivery (if offered) may incur an additional fee.
7. Storage & Freshness
* All baked goods are best consumed fresh.
* Storage instructions will be provided where necessary, and we are not responsible for quality once the product has been collected/delivered.
8. Custom Orders
* Designs, flavours, and decorations will be agreed upon before confirmation.
* While we aim to match requests closely, slight variations may occur.
9. Liability
* Once products are collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
* We are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues arising after this point.
10. Pricing
* Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of order.
